Claire’s approach is values’ based, drawing on her psychodynamic training. At the heart of her approach is the use of honest, and sometimes challenging, conversations to surface the drivers of behaviours that are holding individuals and organisation back. Her particular focus is working to facilitate transition of individuals into senior leadership roles and organisations that are navigating periods of cultural change.
Her research interest is focused on understanding how industry wide patterns of behaviour can create hidden barriers to change in organisations. She uses the insights from her research to help individuals and organisations understand and address seemingly irrational behaviours.
